The mechanic was polite and professional and we did get there in the end, however, there were a number of issues...not turning up when he said he would, charging for additional hours to the quote as it took longer than he expected only for the problem to get worse not better. He did eventually return and wanted to charge even more to repair it again. Clickmechanic had to step in as there was a bit of back and forth, their in-house mechanic looked at the issues and said that the original repair had been misdiagnosed and the part that had been replaced didn't actually need to be done, the issue was a sensor. They found the problem but couldn’t do the work They were friendly & knowledgeable

The guy did his job. I like his work but the charges was way expensive. Had to pay £81 just to book you in and then paid over £208 just to change the track rod that cost about £19. That’s way too expensive as I eventually found someone tha was going to do it £140 after which I had paid you.

It was a quick, helpful and insightful experience that was reliable and engaging.

Kyriacos was great! Polite, friendly courteous. He kept me informed throughout: time of arriving, repairs needed and when completed and time of delivering back the car. And finally my car drives a lot smoother now.
