Hi, good morning, firstly I’d like to thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Secondly, I absolutely 100% dispute and refuseto accept this review
This is based on the following reasons- firstly you booked me in to replace the Starter Motor and you did not instruct me to pre-check or carry out any investigations prior to this nor did you pay for that service.
The Starter Motor was fitted completely at your instructions which means that you have failed to identify what the issue is therefore you have absolutely no reason to leave a review like this.
Secondly, my communication score is ridiculous-most clients give us five out of 5 for this in fact some people complain that I communicate too much.
Regardless of this terrible review I have offered to continue this booking for you at a very low cost and I am also now prepared to come back to your home address for the cost of £10 which covers the dart charge to carry out further investigations free of charge at your home address before we go to the aggravation of taking it to the garage.
Please don’t take your offense to my response and I am more than happy to continue assisting you even though I have done nothing to upset you.
