BMW 3 Series Auxiliary drive belt replacement
Additional labour to pick the stripped parts of the auxiliary belt from behind alternator pulley and tensioner pulley

Initial job completed satisfactory, but he didn’t notice big leak in radiator connected to the job done.
Drove away & issues.
Then 3 appointments cancelled (with another promised appointment can’t be done!) & 2 weeks of wasted time without car.
Had to repair elsewhere.
Couldn’t trust to complete job, or come on any arranged day. (Time off work wasted, missed appointments etc)

Not my best review , you have got some valid points regarding meeting you down on the additional work required
But to be clear - you booked a fan belt replacement only and that’s exactly what you paid for and got .
I like the fact you didn’t mention that I came back another day to look at this leak WITH OUT CHARGE , as I’m not obliged to .
May be you should have booked a coolant loss investigation as well .
Although your comments are on the negative side and I apologise for letting you down again , your review should have rated on the work completed and not on what was not done .,and terrible review fits in to small percentage of less than 0.
25 % of all reviews , which can only mean that 99.75% of customers are more than happy with what we do and that’s a figure we are proud of .

Iam extremely happy with the work He carried out on my 5 Series , can't fault him at all. I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
