Kyriacos carried out a diagnostic inspection on my Fiat 500 Dualogic and was professional, honest and very helpful.
He explained the OBD scan findings clearly, didn’t jump to expensive conclusions and advised that the issue is most likely clutch related rather than flywheel or actuator.
I really appreciated his transparency and the fact he recommended a few specialists (a couple of whom will get back with quotes) rather than pushing expensive unnecessary work.
Highly recommended for diagnostics and honest advice.

It is pure money-mongering to take a large payment and have the car fail again within 24 hours. Professional shops guarantee their work, which means the next repair must be free of charge;

Did I or did I not previously tell you prior to completing the software update that it may or may not work?
Did I agree to come back free of charge to carry out further investigation?
Did I not give you a perfectly understandable explanation as to the issue with your car?
Yes, yes, yes is the answer to all the above questions?.
Did you think that the fee that you paid was guaranteed to fix all and any problems again? Yes is the answer and lastly most importantly I promise you And have i agreed verbally that if any further work was required than you would get at least 50% back of the original booking and you completely agreed to this so in this particular review I think that you have been rather unfair and I will thank you for your time.

Last Friday, I noticed I had a problem with my front left brake. Since I needed my car for the very next day, I started looking online and found ClickMechanic. I put in a job request, and within 45 minutes, I got a message from Kyriacos who took my job. He came over that morning to diagnose the problem. We then arranged for me to go to his place that afternoon to get the brake pads fixed. It was all done within an hour!
Even though I originally booked it as needing new brake discs, it turned out I only needed the pads replaced. So, he only charged me for that brake pad work, which was great. I really appreciate their service and the quality of their work, and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone living in the Ilford area.

I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
