Happy with work, however disappointed not informed of works that were required in order to pass mot. As this was a large cost I was not expecting. I would have probably let the car fail the mot and not carried out the works.

Hi thanks for review, even as bad as it is .
Firstly I’d like to apologies, but as a result of not telling you in advance of mot issue was my fault .
First day back , very busy and a little un un un organised .this would kind of rectified by charging a significant lesser amount ( nearly half )
And I thought that completing that amount of work with extra bits and retuning the car same night would have pleased you , thus I think your review may be a tab harsh , nevertheless the less I appreciate your points and this is a reflection of me and not click mechanic and hope you’ll use us again (even if not me ).

Kyriacos was punctual, friendly and I was certainly kept informed of the progress of the work to be carried. out. I had an intermittent fault with my central locking which left the passenger door unlocked and the alarm going off. When Kyriacos came to check it out with his equipment it was working again. I thought it could be a loose connection after reading information on Click Mechanic site so I thought I was in experienced hands. Kyriacos diagnosed that the door lock should be changed to which I agreed at a cost of £340 .When the work had been carried out, I was told the door lock had been changed but then told that a crack in a wire had been discovered and this was going to cost me another £80. I agreed to this. The car seems to be working perfectly now. If I'm honest I do feel that the real problem was the cracked wire and maybe I didn't need a door lock. Read more

I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
