He was very good and explained everything well, really friendly people. I haven't driven the car yet but charged the battery so hopefully all is now well with it. This is day one so feedback should be a few days to ensure everything is working OK.

I had the heater matrix replaced. He collected the car on the Monday and I was supposed to get it back the next day. When he was bringing it back he said that something wasn’t right and that he’d have to take it back to the garage. He called me back to let me know he’d made a mistake and that he’d fix and it kindly offered to an interim service to compensate the delay in getting the car back to me. Whether the service was done or not I don’t know because he never mentioned it again.
A week later the engine light started flashing and the car was really struggling. I called Kyriacos and he said he would come out the next day (Friday) to diagnose. On the Friday he called to say he couldn’t make it until Monday. Monday came and I heard nothing from him, I called him Tuesday and he said he would be out on Wednesday. I haven’t heard a thing from him since so I’m left with a car that I’ve just paid £640 to fix and can’t drive it.
With the way this was handled I have lost all confidence in him. I would much rather he said he wasn’t able to come out to look at the car instead of messing me around the way he has done. Read more
