I was charged for work other than what was discussed. I will never use clickmechanic again. I did not like the fact my card could be charged without my consent.

Hi , thanks for your comments. Im not quite sure how to respond to your review.
Firstly I’m disappointed you feel this way .
I fairly sure I explained everything to you in detail , as for the unexpected cost , the original booking is strictly only for the diagnostics , and any further or additional work required would be carried out with additional cost .
You advised me that you had a £500! Limit to spend on repairs, so as you additional cost was approximately £75 , I thought you’d might be pleased .
Nevertheless you comments on my communication was poor was also a surprise as my ability to speak English clearly is not a issue.
However any issues you have are directly with myself and not click mechanic.
I strive to pls all our customers and I’m disappointed that we haven’t made you feel the same way as the other 1000 customers that I’ve assisted.
But I hope you continue to use click mechanic and apologies that your not satisfied with this experience,

Kyriacos and his colleague are very friendly and knowledgeable. They completed the work in less than 20 minutes and sorted the issue out for me. Very happy with their efficiency.
I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
