my mechanic was very friendly. explained what he did and if there were any issues with the car . He was on time and kept me updated.

I can't recommend Kyriacous and his colleague more, they were so nice to deal with and clearly knows their stuff. They talked me through the problems with my car and explained what needed doing and just as importantly... what didn't need doing. My car drives like it's just rolled off the factory floor and I feel safe knowing I now have people that I can trust to look after me and my motor. If you are wondering whether or not to use his services then stop and just book him, you will not be disappointed.

Kyriacos and his team were great, they collected my car (in the rain) and kept me updated on the progress of the repair to my window which had dropped into the door. The service I received was amazing, the guys really made the whole process stress free (for me 😉)

Kyriacos was not a good Mechanic.Not happy with the work he has done on my BMW 320i.He fitted me the rear spring incorrectly.And he fitted me also a used part(Lambda sensor) which is a joke because of warranty it should be a new part. REALLY UNBELIEVABLE.

i was kept informed of time change, gave me concise details of what he was going to do, competed job really quick and showed me the parts he had changed, whole service was good from booking to completion

i dont have good experience after the work the mechanic still asking me for more money

The mechanic was found to be honest and factural. The vehicle was diagnosed by the main dealer who specified for a number of parts to be replaced.

The mechanic had authority to carryout work as per the main dealer specification.

However, upon inspection, the mechanic contacted us to let us know that all the parts specified did not require replacement. This reduced our bill quite considerably.

They were late - very late. I was advised they would be with me between 8 am and 10 am - then they phoned me to tell me they would not be here until 12 noon. They had not arrived by 12:50, nor by 14:30, nor by 15:40. Eventually they phoned and told me they could attend to me by around 6 pm or I could wait until 9 am the following day. I chose 6pm. They arrived just before this time and proceeded to remove the rear offside wheel when their earlier diagnosis had detected a fault with a front wheel ABS sensor. Disappointing performance really.

Yup they were very friendly throughout their communication with me and made sure I was happy with the outcome and made sure I was aware of what options I had for the repair.
