Miscommunication between click mechanic and the mechanic didn’t help matters but he put himself out to rectify things

Hi , thanks for your review , I apologies for the mis communication, but ultimately there was a issue with your payment authorisation on your card payment which was emailed to both of us , hence why I never turned up, which is normal procedure .
Nevertheless the less when you contacted me late that afternoon and I explained the issue , I completely went above and beyond to assist you by completing your booking at 9 pm approximately.

Mechanic was very friendly when he told me the FIXED PRICE QUOTE had INCREASED by £256.
After telling him I would get someone else to do the job, the increase was reduced to £128.
Don’t believe the Fixed Price Quote nonsense.
Arrived 2.5 hours late.

As expected , your review was a little negative.
I did try my best to assist you in this unusual booking , we’re the parts we’re incorrect.
I thought that leaving you one if the 2 injectors which normally carries a surcharge of £60 plus vat was a good start and only charging for 1 injector , therefore actually the real difference in cost is £68 extra .
And I apologised before we even started .

Kyriacos and Reece (if I got his name correct) were excellent. They phoned beforehand to understand the issue, which inevitably prevents waisted time. They kept me informed about arrival time.
When doing the work they were excellent, efficient and again communicated well.
