James is very knowledgeable and friendly. He took time and trouble to explain the possible problem, and suggested that my car is worth keeping on the road, which I was very pleased about. I suspect that a dealer would have recommended it go for scrap!

James came to visit me a day early because of some mix up with his appointments but arrived later than he first said. Diagnosed a faulty crank position sensor and said he would arrange for me to receive some quotes to carry out the sensor replacement work. Then he left. He was with me for about 10-15 minutes at a cost of £46. 87. No quotes ever received so I ended up replacing the sensor myself.
