He was unable to make the first booking because of traffic problems but he let me know in good time and promptly arranged another time with a 10% discount. So overall I was very happy with the professional

Renault Megane One hpur fitting pulley and belt
Extra 30 attaching damaged pulley.no warranty can be given Its simply a fix to get you to a work shop.no warranty on how long it will last It may last a month or 10 minutes

James was friendly and some knowledge was there although he did struggle fitting the belt so much that he put the old one back on

This is always the problem doing a temporary repair so you can get it fixed later.the pulley was so damaged fitting a new belt would put even more pressure on the already very worn pulley

He was friendly but didn't know how the belt went on not happy as he put all my old stuff back on and now there is a high pitched squeak from the belt. It needs sorting and not by james

I attended to car to replace a alternator belt,only to find your power steering pump pulley had snapped off.You asked if a temporary repair could be made so you could get to scrap yard where you where hoping they would fit a replacement part.
We did both agree that the job booked wasn't the job I had attended and that you really need a new part,that I can't supply.
I think we where both surprised when the pulley stayed on and the car started.however it's a temporary fix simply to help you out .It is just to get you to the workshop you know so they can repair it using new or good second hand parts.
