James was very easy to deal with. He came to carry out a pre- purchase inspection for me. He was punctual and rang me after to give a verbal report. I received a written report within 2 hours. I am glad that I used James' expertise as it has given me the peace of mind to purchase the car.

James was brill i was on holiday and without a car was completly at a loss as to how to entertain the kids. James came to do my repair earlier then arranged which was a life saver. The repair took about 10 mins(accelerator belt) and he even checked my electrics. A big ty to all x

Late arriving due to an accident and lane closures both ways on the m4 but he soldiered on regardless - I thought he may have to cancel - and kept me fully informed at all times.
