Very polite and knew what he was talking about however I wasn't too happy that I payed £46 just to have a mechanic guess what was wrong with my car as he spent 30mins looking but couldn't find facts of why it wouldn't start. My car is still not working and I still don't know why.

Still waiting to see if the fix will stick but I am very happy with what James did while he was here. He did a full diagnostic check of the van and was able to pin down the issues I have been having better than I could with my consumer diagnostics tool. We now know what we need to replace if the issue does come back.

James was spot on time - and explained what he was going to do in a friendly manner. Changing the discs and pads was finished in just over half an hour. He also checked another small problem and gave good advice. Excellent service. Recommended.

James arrived nice and early ready for the job, he has a massive amount of knowledge on all kinds of vehicles and really knows his stuff. He knew exactly what he was looking for. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He gave great advice for the future looking for my first car, and saved me a lot of money by steering me away from a glorified wreck of a car. I would recommend james to anyone and i will always be using james from now on.
