Great guy, very professional and on time. He gave me a call before hand to give me an exact time. Cant fault him one bit! He noticed one filter didn't need a change so was deducted off my bill. Thats the service I like!

Charged £180 for finding the issue but could not find it. Asked us to supply a fuse box, because maybe (!) that is the problem, but did not send details of it and then disappeared completely. Communication was shocking and mechanic was late. Do not recommend.
When an experienced member of our team that normally receives 5 star reviews receives an extremely bad review we look into this.
All of our staff wear body cameras and the vehicles have live gps tracking and dash cams.
James arrived within the appointment window and the Gps proves this.
The invoice and the amount taken was in fact £80.00 so I assume that's a typing error.
Your car was parked in front of your front door and you was clearly shown both buy the vehicles dash cam and our mechanics body camera standing on the doorway chatting to James.
He showed you a number of faults and tested those in front of you and you indicated that you understood everything that was explained.
The part that had been discovered as faulty if purchased brand new would be far more then you had admitted you had paid for your car.
However he used his own phone to find a second hand part and suggested that if you purchased it he could return without charge to fit it for you.
We have taken notes of all your messages on the resolution centre some of these contained threats towards our organisation.
However despite your long rhetoric and endless complaints even to our mechanic ringing your doorbell that woke your young child,we have recieved no evidence from you to back up your claim.
Our mechanic was formerly interviewed and his equipment downloaded and we where able to quickly establish this complaint was completely malicious in an attemp to falsely claim a full refund.
