James was very efficient, clear and thorough in his investigation. He eased our minds.

James was great - fast, efficient and really communicative. He was happy to have lots of chats after the inspection, filling me in on details that he needn't have, and giving me pointers about how I might find a better car (his inspection of a possible car I was to buy meant I quickly decided against it).

Mechanic turned up, got out of vehicle, had quick walk around car, then knocked on neighbours door who had key. Neighbour stood watching mechanic whilst he had car keys, I was told that mechanic was only at my property for ten maybe twenty minutes but certainly no longer, apparently mechanic opened and closed doors and boot several times, tried key in ignition, when mechanic realised neighbour was watching he got out of car shrugged his shouldersand when neighbour asked what the verdict was said Yeah its f..... isnt it, its an immobiliser fault and there is f... all I can do, its an main dealer, with that handed the keys over, goty in his car and drove off, not once did I recieve a call even though I had said about phoning to find out what had already been diagnosed, not that when I first text him that I had told him a few things, he never once took any tools out or put the vehicle on a diagnostics to find out what was actually wrong, instead said that it was a main dealer problem, I have been to the main dealer and was told by a volvo technician that anyone with a decent diagnostic reader CAN diagnose and rectify any fault, that it DOES NOT need to be a volvo main dealer.

Very pleased indeed, quickly found the problem and sorted me out for which I am very grateful. (

James was late getting here but he apologised as there was a lot of traffic where he was coming from. He was friendly and good at what he had to do

James comes with abundance of experience and knowledge and did a terrific job for me. He did a pre-purchase inspection of BMW 320D and gave a clear verdict immediately. All my apprehensions were removed completely after his inspection that helped me to grab that sale promptly. James was first class, as I could not be there when he arrived he rang me for direction as were difficult to find, he was very polite rang me back after about ten minutes took me though what the problem was absolutely first class great attitude knew his stuff.

He knew straight away what the problem is. Recognized and analyzed problem.
