James was very friendly how ever the actual company and website needs a lot to be desired. when making the booking there was not an option for air conditioning issues. it also didn't say that it didn't do air conditioning issues so in order to book a michanic I had to click a button in order to go forward so clicked the nearst thing to air conditioning I could find then text the michanic saying that it's actually my air condition but I think he thought it was as well as the issue I ticked. the website is not clear. you also took a payment for £74 and £56 yet I had no work actually done.
