Total lied to me when report was done totally different out come total rip off no straight forward answers very miss leading plus quote to get work done was £350 more expensive then any other garage I will be putting my experience on face book

I have over 270 great reviews every one says I'm friendly and honest,I admit it's difficult to be on time due to driving sometimes 300 miles a day.So I wouldn't just pick on one random person to lie too. I was asked to come out and plug your car in.and I did just that and showed you at length all the fault codes and the live data so you can see for yourself, You was told the amount of issues you have ,could and ,would mean a lot of work may have to be carried out.You also admitted that a few mechanics had done bits and pieces having a go and guessing.I simply told you that to do it correctly will take time and possibly a number of parts.
Click do the quotes and of course , no one has to except them.I also pointed out to you that, I myself wouldnt be doing the follow on work so the quote you was quoted i wouldnt benefit from.Im sure you could find more expensive quotes as well as cheaper quotes,
You insisted on asking me if there was a cheap and quick fix and every time I told you no..
As you was there and everything was explained in detail in front of you I'm surprised you now claim my laptop in fact lied .it can't it simply tells the facts as they are.
I have lots and lots of 5 star reviews,As the saying goes you can't please every one all of the time.
I'm sorry you have felt let down however your car has a lot of problems that to be honest only a main dealer can fix.its not what you wanted to hear as you had just bought the car.I did say take it back to the car dealer.
