James was great, gave me sound advice on my main issue and even gave me some advice on other parts of the car that could save me some serious money!

James was fantastic, he arrived on time and performed a great service. He picked up on small details and parts I missed in my initial observation and gave me sound advice on purchasing the car and the best ways to deal with the minor cosmetic damages.

Although late, it wasn't his fault as he got stuck in 2 hrs of a traffic jam on M4. He kept me informed of his estimated time of arrival and was very professional when he got here. He gave good advice on the most cost effective solution and gave us a way forward. Very friendly.
