Happy with the service and communication, especially grateful to have the help over the Christmas period

Zeyad called shortly after the mornings slot I'd booked to ask if we could reschedule to later in the day. We rearranged for 1.30 but it was around 3.30 before he arrived due to traffic. Then they had sent him the wrong part so he had to go to a shop to get the right one, which took another couple of hours - but to Zeyad's credit he made sure it was sorted, even though it meant staying into the evening. When he'd been able to get the right part he fixed the car in about 15 mins, so appreciate him getting us back up and running.

Unfortunately Jermaine was unable to find the issue to get my car going but I couldn’t fault him for trying ,he was at it for hours and was extremely gutted that he wasn’t able to help,he was a lovely guy and talked me through everything he had tried

Callum arrived Ruthin the time frame I was given. Battery was fitted within half an hour and Callum explained he'd reset everything in the car. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Can't fault him at all

Very dishonest guy Ibrahim is he took my car without any dash lights and came back to tell me that my abs control module is bad and I’m still wondering how the car passed MOT if the ABS lights are on. Never use their service the mechanics are very dishonest and I’m definitely raising this issue with DVSA.
