Have just had a disgusting experience with one of your mechanics. He came out to reset an air bag light and engine management light today at 4.20p.m. Upon doing this and straight afterwards created a fault with the power steering on the car. It is a steering aligment fault that has shut down the power steering leaving our car undrivable and unsafe.The only advice he offered was to take it to a garage to get it realigned. The car was fine prior to his visit and had been driven. When we challenged him on this he became aggressive and asked why what were suggesting. I am disguseted at this!!! He then drove off!!  We now have to pay for this to be fixed with a car that had no fault before your mechanic came out. Also no car to travel to work so will have to pay for public transport. No apology no explanation and bad service.

I found the mechanic very friendly and told me the problem with the car. So I was pleased.

Michael was punctual and very friendly. After discussing the work to be carried out, I left him to complete the repair. I was happily surprised the time taken. 100% satisfied with his work.

Gary was absolutely amazing very through… small problem with car after and nothing was a problem let me take car back down to him checked car over and figured out the problem… (wasn’t caused by Gary)

Ryan was delayed at his previous job and did not arrive until 15.15. He was very intensive in his investigation, but was unable to find the source of the water ingress, even though he found some seals not fitted correctly. Ryan did leave me with some advice regarding following up with a body shop.

Dan was brilliant, telephoned me to advise what time he would be arriving. Friendly and efficient, no hesitation in recommending him
