When Daniel eventually turned up after two rearrangements, he got on with the job in the wind rain sleet and darkness. It was a fairly straightforward job which he managed with courtesy and friendliness

bit later than envisaged returning vehicle and had to ring to check situation but owner, Hameed, personally delivered to ensure back to house as scheduled and explained and showed problem they'd sorted out. Felt confident a good job had been done.

The work carried out was great, had really good communication with them. They was sending me the photos of step by step of the clutch replacement. They use high quality parts which was great. I will be using these again.

James was early for our booking which was great. He was both friendly kind and provided answers to any questions I had. He fixed my oil leak by replacing my oil cooler and advised me I may need to change my pollen filter if I continued to get that awful oil smell from the heaters, however the smell seems to have gone. He also replaced my thermostat due to that leaking coolant. All in all I am very happy with the service and work from today and would definitely recommend him going forwards

Alfie was terrific, collected my car on time and returned within the schedule. He was extremely thorough with explaining what he had done to my car without making it sound complicated and went over what else my car would need. Will definitely use him again.

Friendly and knowledgeable, I was listened to and could hear what was being said, without having to use my hearing (I am not allowed to use the correct word) boosters! Agreed on a possible solution. It did not work out. Timing of the problem and lack of space to engineer a more positive solution were against us.

Alastair was great can’t fault him at all, arrived early which was great and kept in communication with me until car was bought back. Disks & pad replacement so can’t comment on the work itself but all seems fine, overall great service will 100% use again.
