Yes. Shamshad was polite, friendly and professional. He carried out the work as anticipated to a good standard. I did not give him 5 stars are my car came back very dirty, like it had been driven down a farm track. I only washed it the day before so it was spotless. Its nothing major, just slightly disappointed it came back covered in mud.

I was disappointed that the work carried out took so long when it was picked up at half ten for an MOT and they never started it till gone 2. I got my car back just in time for my work to close at 5pm. Also my front seat came back soaking wet as it was raining and they did not put a plastic cover on it. Their excuse was that they needed to finish it quickly as I needed it by 5!
