Andy is the BEST!! Very Punctual too. Told him that this is my first car, he took care of it. Even took time to show me the wear on my tyres and suggestions on the type of tyres to ask for, even where the coolant level was before he topped it up…very happy customer, money well spent!!

Marley was friendly, honest and tried to look into the problem with my DPF issue. We spoke a day before, so I could give him all the symptoms. On arrival, he performed diagnostics and provided me with as much information as possible and suggested I contact a DPF specialist, as he was unable to proceed further with a forced regen of the DPF. And herein lies the problem. I contacted click mechanic, because you offer a diagnostic on DPF, a regen service or a DPF clean. In my view, you should not have anything to do with DPF issues, as you could not provide me with a solution, other than contacting a DPF specialist.

He was punctual and the quality of work was excellent. Highly recommended.

But I won’t use Click Mechanic again as they took the payment out of my bank early, before the mechanic had even been and done the job. This wasn’t his fault at all and did everything he could to put it right
