Martin was very good. Punctual and professional. Carried out the work and completed in time given(3hours). Excellent knowledge repairing the fault in hand.

Dan was first class and honest. I didn't need the discs and pads changed in the front, i decided i may as well change the pads as it wouldn't have been long before they were due to be changed......so many garages you put your car in would just change them regardless and charge you. On Top of being punctual and efficient he's honest which in my eyes is a rare trait

Dan was very thorough with his inspection. He took pictures for his report and spoke about minor things he found (not very noticeable scratches) which just proved how thorough his checks were. He was very quick to reply and happy to answer all the questions i had during our phone call after the inspection. Latif was very knowledgeable and helpful. He responded really quickly and picked a time that was convenient for me. After fitting my new breaks and pads he made suggestions regarding what other parts have worn out and I should consider replacing.

Matt was on time and communication of arrival was excellent. He just got straight on with the job in hand and it was done very quickly. He found another fault on my car as he repaired it and physically showed me what the issue was rather than just telling me it was there, I found this very reassuring after a previous not so good experience with a garage.
