Job delayed due to his previous booking over running. Spent one hour on the car before telling me that the parts ordered were incorrect. The next day informed me that parts were going to cost £107 more than was originally quoted. Final bill showed an extra £50 charge on top for parts and part numbers were different on invoice. Feel completely unsatisfied & ripped off as the quote for £147 was misleading and final bill was £285. Poor service from click mechanic for misleading quote and poor service from mechanic due to delays and being supplied with brake pads with incorrect part numbers that didnt match invoice and bring charged an extra £50. No commitment from either parties to resolve the issues. Will not be using click mechanic ever again. Totally disgusted

Richard was excellent, he spotted the problem at once and fixed it right away. I am very happy with his job.

Difficult to comment after having to pay an extra £600 and the invoice for it not showing detail of work done.
