Henry was great, prompt, talked me through the detail, and the did the job whilst I worked from home. I would def recommend Henry as it is so much easier to have the job done at home.

Brian was great he phoned to say what time he would be with me and was there on the dot. He fitted my battery for me quickly and when he had finished advised me how to prevent a flat battery in future as I don't do as many miles as I used to. Very Satisfied, Thankyou Brian.

Michal arrived within 10 minutes of the time I'd booked which was ok as I knew it was about a two hour job to replace the ten years old alternator on my Volvo XC60 automatic. He'd brought a new one with him of a good brand.....Lucas....ready to fit. As the work was done on my front drive I wasn't surprised to hear it's more difficult for the mechanic to do such a job single handed and without an elevating ramp. He'd brought a meaty pump action heavy jack with him so that enabled him to drop the old unit out from underneath the engine. It took 2.5 hours to finish the job and the car then started sweetly without hesitation for the first time for about a year.....yay. Michal advised me to take it for a good run for about 15 mins to get the battery recharged ready to start the next day. Overall I was very satisfied and the bill, including about £350 for the parts was fair enough. I'm already planning to get Michal to do a few other jobs on the car now!
