Romario's inspection left me with lots of confidence about the condition of the the van because I don't know anything about mechanics. He talked me through all the points he was checking as he went through the inspection, and then took us for a test drive, explaining what he was looking for in terms of how the van should perform if it was in a suitable condition for purchase (he was very happy with it). Romario also pointed out what we would need to attend to, and how much it would cost, so that we could begin negotiating a price, knowing we were going to buy the vehicle. I cannot fault his professional, caring, friendly manner. We'd travelled 200 miles to look at a van we wanted to buy to convert into a camper, so it was important that we knew we would be driving away with a good vehicle. Romario's service was very reassuring, and it meant a lot to us that he gave it a green light!

Paulo was exceptional. He arrived early, was very polite, friendly, and efficient. He found the problem quickly (which wasn't what we thought) and gave me all of the options very clearly. He did everything he could to keep my costs down - as the part I needed fixing was under warranty, so he didn't carry out any work that would null my warranty. I would not hesitate to call him back for any work, and if you are lucky enough to book Paulo as your mechanic, rest assured you are in safe, honest hands.
