Simon done a great job. It took longer than expected (not through his fault!) but was friendly throughout. He explained everything he was doing and the reasons why my car was making the noises. Great communication prior to arrival on site. Once there, Ryan assessed the issues quickly and then we discussed what his plan was. Ryan was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Ryan returned the following day with the required parts and solved the initial problem. Ryan has asked to be informed if the problem returns or if any further issues arise.
