Yes was friendly and informative and happy with the work done . Only thing was that they were late appointment was for between 12-2pm and the driver didn’t arrive until 3pm . Some communication from James to explain that they were going to be late would have been helpful .

Ollie has been superb, used twice now and both times explained very well through the issues, and has suggested other things which could potentially be an issue (which for me says he has the customers care as the priority). On-top of that, very friendly and quick to identiy the issue. Will be using Ollie going forward for all my car troubles.
