No extra costs, all work done same day but no calls to update while at work. Certainly can be trusted not to add on unnecessary works.

Was booked in for 8-10am Sunday, did turn up half 10 but partly my mistake (wrong postcode!) But took the car away for a few hours and returned with no issues, didn’t seem to be to many issues, really polite nice guy. Would use again no problems!

Work was excellent. Punctuality very poor. Communication was very bad. Took my car on Tuesday. I had to ring on Friday to find out what was going on only to be that he would start work on the Saturday and I would get the car back Saturday early afternoon. Also I was not informed that the price had increased by over £200. Which was a shock. I had expected it to increase but not by so much.

Carlos was punctual; costs for additional work were reasonable; car being collected & delivered fitted around my work commitments well.

James was great came out and did a brill job this morning on my Peugeot boxer cambelt and water pump would highly recommend James to anyone.
