Mark was great We had to rearrange the booking, mark was very helpful with advising his availability and able to work around us. He arrived spot on time and the work (Cambelt and water pump change) was completed in good time. The car and work area were left clean like he had never been. Would be happy to reccomend Mark to anyone.

We had Juris come to look at a car I was potentially buying at Hilton Garage in Derby on Friday 14th July. When we arrived, we were told by the salesman and the receptionists that he has been exceptionally rude to them. Generally dismissive and abrupt. The salesman went out to the car to see if all was ok and he basically told him to go away and asked why he wanted to know. He was so rude that the manager refused to let him out with the car for a test drive or to see the service history. His attitude basically meant that I didn't feel as though I got the check I wanted and paid for.

First of all the mechanic is way late! I book priority so they can get the car at 8am, but no! They took my car at 11:45 am. They carried out to replace the MAF sensor which is fine. Then I ask to add a job which is cleaning the throttle body and replacing it's gasket. Wow! Lo and behold, that additional job was not done because I took it to another garage and they said the throttle body was so dirty with carbon buildup. I pay £150 extra for nothing. Terrible! Avoid this mechanic at all cost. In summary, not happy with the work done.
