Terrific service. This is the first time I have used Clickmechanic, was a bit worried. No need. Great communication, first rate repair. One small criticism, the garage knew the car had a total electrical failure, sent contract recovery without booster start to pick up..... But a minor issue. Will definitely use again and recommend Smith's Ford.

Very happy with the service I received. My car was picked up for a clutch replacement. Unfortunately they discovered that two additional parts were required and notified me if the problem. They followed it up as soon as possible with a quote for the additional work. They also left a car that could be used if necessary. Car arrived back today and seems to be running well.

Chris was friendly, experienced & knew exactly what the problem was. He explained the problem as basic as he possibly could as I know nothing about cars & dont drive! the reasons why & advised me on how to fix. I was very impressed with his work & was extremely grateful for him travelling so far to come help me & a bit awful due to him only taking 20 mins to find the issue with the car. I would highly recommend these guy's they go above & beyond to help and honestly could not fault them.
