Issac was genuinely fantastic, turned up when he said, really polite and just a really nice guy, he was happy to work while I talked his ear off, it helped we had stuff in common, really knowledgeable about not just my van but all cars. No work was carried out to my BMW by DJC Cars as this was not their task. Their task was to diagnose the problem with the engine which they did very quickly and efficiently and gave good sound advice as to how to proceed through ClickMechanic

Not had chance to check the work yet but I'm confident good job had been done. Communication was pretty good compared to experiences with other company's infact it was only the punctuation that wasn't so good but I appreciate there was an unforseen issue for one of the delays so 4* for workmanship 4* for communication and punctuality but will be happy to use again

This is the 2nd time I've used Clickmechanic. The 1st time was for a car for myself and now one for my partner. It gives me the confidence that an experienced mechanic has thoroughly inspected the car to find any faults. Our mechanic Carlos went above and beyond with the inspection and even answered my questions out of working hours, couldn't rate him or the inspection highly enough. Worth every penny!

Darren was very helpful, in my case was able to arrange coming earlier which was even more suitable (but this is understandably an exception not a rule, circumstances came together to both of our fortunes). Quickly confirmed what I felt was the problem based on the description of the symptoms, and promptly repaired the car a requested. Very happy with the service I received from Darren, and wouldn't hesitate to book him again, and 100% recommend him to everyone.

This is the first time I have used Click Mechanic and have to say that i had excellent service from them ,fast efficient, and the mechanic Craig from MSR was excellent helpful and friendly, was knowledgeable about my car and answered all my questions. The service I received really put my mind to rest, that they knew exactly how and what a customer requires from a car maintenance point of view, a very rare commodity in the car repair business nowadays.
