Stephen carried out a full diagnostic inspection of my Toyota Prius and explained the fault codes very well. He suggested that a damaged catalytic converter could be causing the engine noise.

Martin was great but unfortunately could not fix my problem due to it being electrical and recommended I contact an auto electricrician. He was friendly and helpful and at least ruled out a faulty starter motor which I had originally employed him to replace.

The mechanic was great, carried out the repairs on clutch. Unfortunately while vehicle was in mechanics possession he got a traffic offence which I am out of pocket for. I attempted to raise with click mechanic support who weren't very helpful. Don't let the mechanics take your car.

My Mechanic was Redding. He called me to discuss the problem I was having with my car and that my diagnosis was correct. He gave me an estimated time of arrival but was quite late, but I must stress that this was not his fault as there was a traffic collision and he kept me informed of his progress in getting to me. He worked on my car fitting a new clutch outside my house and in the dark! He talked me through everything he had done, showing me the wear and tear on the original clutch. Redding was incredibly polite and very very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this service.

Like many online services i was wary of the ClickMechanic offerings though nothing ventured nothing gained. Was very pleased and impressed with the Mechanic that turned up. Joseph has obviously spent a long time in the car game and is a very knowledgeable mechanic and funny with it. All round great guy and would use again. Simple and easy service from ClickMechanic too, does what it says on the tin and no issues. VERY smooth process.
