Jack was outstanding, we needed help to get to hospital after spinal surgery. I text on a sunday , just hoping. He replied on sunday and was able to source and replace the battery. Dan is such a lovely gentleman and very knowledgeable when reporting back about the car we wanted checking. He even phoned me as he knew we needed feedback quicker than waiting for the written report. The viewing arrangements were a little in the air and we had a mix-up with timings with the seller... Dan even turned up when the seller was out and this wasn't an issue. I would highly recommend him.
