Edd was a pleasure to communicate with and very thorough at every step. He highlighted pretty much all the issues that you could reasonably expect to find, which helped us to work through the decision on which things we were ok with, and which to go back to the seller with. We're waiting on those few we went back with to resolve, but regardless, even if we don't proceed with the purchase Edd's input has been invaluable.
