I had asked for state of hybrid batteries, but answer i received was a bit wishy washy. MPG i asked for on test run, but again not on your check points list so answer wasn't very specific, which would have given an indication of Hybrid battery condition. engine warning light came on as soon as i bought it--- fortunately vendor was there so he sorted it out. I am surprised this light wasn't spotted. Don't feel you are set up to report on hybrid motor vehicles.

I'm really happy with the work that Conor did on my car. I'd had issues with my battery draining; after explaining this to him, he did a quick check and then replaced it. He offered me some advice on other bits to be aware of with my car, and offered his availability. He was very friendly and knowledgeable; the work he carried out was quick and tidy. He came out on the same day of booking, and it was still cheaper than well known brands offering a similar service. Though he was a little late, he made sure to call and let me know of his ETA. I wouldn't hesitate to use Conor again.

I rarely leave feedback unless absolutely necessary. Celal and Oz arrived promptly the day before Xmas eve , to replace a starter motor .as advised by the AA. This was carried out with due diligence and a great deal of effort as this was an original part which done 190,000 miles and was reluctant to be removed . Celal and Oz were both skilled and knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air when you hear of all the poor mechanics that are out there . I highly recommend the service of click mechanic and based on Celal and oz will be recommending this service to all my business contacts .

Stuart responded really quickly and helpfully communicated what he needed to know before arrival. Got the alternator belt replaced which was better than my initial fear of a new alternator.

Lee was fantastic changed both my rear brake pads which were really rusted on. No problem for him He is very friendly totally efficient and a reasonably priced. Who could ask for more? I would be very happy to use him again.

Lonut is nice guy who carried out the work efficiently and diligently. I had asked for the master clutch master cylinder to be replaced as I was my hydraulic fluid level was dropping. He spotted that the leak was coming from a seal from the recently replaced clutch cylinder. Full marks for spotting the problem and would definitely recommend him for any future repairs.
