I arranged a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I was interested in using Click Mechanic - punctuality & communication was excellent. However, the quality of the work was horrendous in my view. Based on the mechanics report, I purchased the vehicle - unfortunately less than one week later it failed the MOT!!! It failed on several items that should have been picked up on the inspection - I am now having to go through the hassle of claiming my money back - the dealership are being less than helpful & so have forced me to go down the route of a Section 75. All a massive stress & waste of money that in my opinion could have been avoided had the inspection been done accurately.

Jonathan came to my work place and under 1 hour and 40 min has done the job. Communication was excellent. Noticed my disc also need to be changed so went for the parts straight and come back in 30 min to finish the job.
