Jack (not James) turned up inside the 2 hour window and replaced my tyre in good time. He said he had been unable to obtain my mobile number which would have enabled him to give me a more accurate ETA, hence my score of 3 for Communication. Could this be because he wasn’t James? He did look remarkably like the profile photo of James though. Overall, I was happy with my booking.
