Collected & dropped off when said & communicated details of extra work needed. Haven’t driven the car yet so can’t comment on work, but impressed so far!

John was very helpful and assisted with fault finding a radiator leak during the inspection.

Very happy but Jason was very early and I work shifts. Was on night shift so booked 12 to 2pm slot. I didn't answer my phone obviously but came to door and my daughter was just going out. Daughter didn't know what was going on so woke me up. I'd had 3 hours sleep. I booked because it's very convenient especially when you work shifts. But not if woken up too early. Next time I will have to add a note if possible to say please stick to booked time. I cant remember if its possible to add a note when booking though 😫

Zoltan did a great job. Was very professional. Would highly recommend. He adviced me on the issue and helped find another part which wasn't initially booked to be replaced.

Sebastian was brilliant- called me the day before to check details,turned up on time,talked me through condition of the car and was a general pleasure. He even noticed something had been missing off the works, and made sure he had the part in case it was needed. It wasn’t,so wasn’t charged. Grade A.

The mechanic was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. He was efficient, careful and carried out the work changing the rear springs - it turned out both springs were broken so a good thing they are changed in axle pairs. Excelent service and I definitely use ClickMechanic again for more work when the need arises.

The Mechanic that worked on my car was Arnold. An absolutely top fella. Arrived early for the job and didn't stop until the car was fully functioning. The clutch had gone completely but as the car was a previous write off structurally, there was an awful lot of bother under the bonnet that made the clutch fitting a lot more difficult. Arnold signed off on his hours but stayed in his own time to make sure my car was fully functioning and road worthy. I really couldn't have asked for a better mechanic to work on my car and I would recommend Arnold to everyone. An absolute professional, knows his stuff completely and an absolute gent. 5 Stars all the way!!!
