Robert was fantastic throughout the whole job. Arrived well within time given, phoning in advance and helping move car to make access easier. Delighted with work carried out. Bonus points for coming out on a bank holiday and the weather being rubbish. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Booked my vehicle in for a service and MOT, sadly they found it needed some minor work done as well, but this was not a problem. Collection of my car was friendly and smooth and the communication throughout the process was fantastic. They completed the service and MOT, gave me a call and informed me that there was some minor works to be done, sent me a revised cost and got on with the job. They kept me up to date with what they are doing and made sure I was satisfied throughout. Delivery was again, friendly, informative and smooth. Would definitely recommend this garage and use them again. Only advice I have for others is ready ALL the items included within the full service as I had thought a full brake fluid replacement was included but its not, only a top up. Apart from that all is good.

Bogdan was great, punctual, knowledgeable and managed to change our Lexus is300h brake pads and discs. It took a little longer due to the fact his garage was some 15 miles away, so this impacted the turn around time due to the commute. But great job at a good price. I'd recommend Bogdan.

Got held up on another job, but kept me informed and worked into the evening in sub zero temperatures to get me back on the road.

The mechanic was excellent, he did a diagnostic and worked out exactly what was wrong with my car. Unfortunately because of the fault, they couldn't fix the car and advised that I'd have to take it to the main dealer. I was just a bit annoyed as I had to pay £88 for the diagnostics and again another £120 for a diagnostic from the main dealer.
