Yes happy with the work carried out, communicated well, kept me up to date with coatings etc. however I am disappointed the the EGR Valve was changed, the mechanic stated that he was unable to do it, at the prices yourselves quoted and he accepted as a job. He has done a temporary measure in the first instance, and although the engine management light is off, not sure at this stage for how long. Dougie explained everything to me, and that he had contacted yourselves to raise the issue on pricing. All in all, although happy with the work, unhappy that the work I requested wasn’t completed.

Mechanic was quick to diagnose that my car basically was to old and not worth the bill in labour for the problem Which basically was a door sensor for my fiesta’s central locking. He diagnosed the BCM needed replacement! Who another mechanic confirmed it’s the door latch and sensor!

yes, it was a good move getting Kami to inspect the car, there were issues with it which i wouldnt of been able to spot and as a result i didnt proceed with the purchase, Kami really helped me dodge a bullet there!
