Utterly shambolic crevice received from both the garage and ClickMechanic. I was telephoned half an hour before my appointment and asked to bring the car into the garage which wasn’t convenient for me to do. The mechanic turned up almost an hour late and after he completed the work, I noticed that he had not replaced the front and rear brake wear sensors despite this being part of the requested work and work that I had been charged for. Contacted ClickMechanic who weren’t interested and told me to open a case with the garage. I did this, they gave me some nonsense about asking me to bring the car into the garage because according to them my car had air suspension ( air suspension isn’t available in my vehicle). They agreed I’d been overcharged but they couldn’t issue the refund but they would ask ClickMechanic to do it. They haven’t so far despite me asking them several times myself. They bombard you with emails about all the services they offer but are strangely quiet if you have a problem. Stay away and book your car into your local garage yourself.

Mo is a star. Really knowledgeable and provide clear detail around potential issues with the car. Hold on to him!

Michael was informative about what the problem was and provided details of what further consequences could be once repair attempted. As it turned out replacement of crank shaft pulley resolved the fault with no further complications. Well done Mick (and Ben).

The job came to considerably more than the initial quote but he was able to explain why which took some of the sting out of that.

Francis was excellent , he arrived within the given time slot and quickly and efficiently repaired my car . He was very knowledgeable and talked me through all the checks and the work that he had completed . Would definitely recommend :)

Mechanic was unable to speak, only availble via text. Could not fully discuss report. Report detailed cosmetic damage which the photos were not taken of. I requested the photos but the mechanic could not provide. I woudl need to see the cosmetic damage in the report. Really hard to be happy with the report when we could ot discuss before or after. Would not recommend as the suggestion from the mechanic was to go see it myself, this is what the service was hored for,
