Adam arrived, got on with the job and completed it in good time without any drama. Adam clearly knew what he was doing and was very friendly and approachable - happy to explain that we probably should have had our brakes changed a while ago (we already knew that - but had been a bit lax in getting them done). Okay, Adam was late arriving with us - but he kept us informed and it was totally out of his control (Dartford Crossing issue - who hasn't been there!). We are delighted to be back on the road again, feeling safe with some top notch brakes on the car again.
