The mechanic turned up 3 hours early for my appointment but did not diagnose the problem for 4 days. I only got a diagnosis after chasing several times.
The fault then required manufacturers parts, which cost more than 3 times what google suggested, as did the overall repair.

You had a issue with the abs system which was not diagnose after 4 days it took time to find the issue.
Which we did not charge you for.
Your unfair review, we should of charged you for the time spent on your vehicle finding the issue.
If you live your life on google then god help you, google doesn't not provide you with the parts the main dealer sell for your car.
All main dealers now order parts in, which takes time to get them to us.
You agreed to the repair before hand, and we took the risk of ordering the non returnable parts which we paid for upfront, and you told us if this doesn't repair the issue you will not pay, well we showed you that we know what were talking about, and what were doing.

Would never use this service again. Got a mechanic that i paid for MOT with pick up and drop off service for extra pay. My MOT failed, which is ok, but when i have decieded to fix the small faults at a cheaper garage, my car was dumped on a side road outside the premises of the garage and left there from Saturday to Monday afternoon!! When 2 other mechanics checked the car again in front of me (diffwrent garage), most of the fails and the advisories where non-existen. So just lies. I was made to go pick up my car (£20 extra for taxi) but they still charged me for the drop-off services. Absolutely appaling service.

Puzzled and, as a consequence, left unimpressed. My car was having a full service and an MOT. The garage called me to tell me the the recently- replaced disc brake pads had been installed incorrectly and would I like them to correct this fault and quoted a price. I said “No thanks” as the work was covered by a warranty. I checked (and witnessed) with the brake installer that the work had been done correctly. So, I am left with a puzzle. Either the call to tell me that the pads were incorrectly installed was, at least, misinformed - or I was being asked to pay for an unnecessary piece of work to be carried out. Either way, not good. Good morning
on your brake pads the is a arrow sign which indicates which way the brake pads should be fitted the indicator arrow on your pads is wrong way around. this was point out to you we don't make unnecessary issues unless we are talking with evidence. on new cars even the brake discs have a left and right and brake pads have arrow point up or down.

No it was a shocking service. I’d asked for a new alternator to be fitted I’d purposely booked a mobile mechanic as my car wasn’t mobile. The pick up was booked for between 2-4 in the afternoon. By 5 no one had turned up (and I’d not heard anything) so I contacted the garage. They said he’d be there with a tow truck by 5.15. At 6.40 a “mechanic” turned up in an Astra saying he wasn’t aware my car needed towing. I made numerous calls in the morning to find out what was happening. Eventually at 10am I got a call saying if I wanted the work done I’d have to pay an extra £80 towing fee. This was NOT what I was expecting. I said I wouldn’t get the work done on my car if that was the case. For this shocking service I was then charged a £40 cancellation fee. Honestly the worst service I’ve had in any sector. This customer wanted a mobile mechanic, but we don't offer this service and the vehicle was a non runner so we had to have the vehicle recovered to the garage,
and he was told about the extra charge before. He was a timewaster from the beginning. one of them customer if its not done his way they leave you a bad review.

Fantastic service, very transparent and straight forward. I had a hard to diagnose wiring issue and the team fixed it quickly and efficiently. It’s the type of job where someone could charge anything, but these guys were totally reliable. Will use again.

Rubbish didn’t fully charge the battery after fitting a new alternator also didn’t fit the battery cover properly when I received my van from the driver he got out give me the keys I got in and guess what???? My van didn’t start

A new alternator was fitted, the van drove from us in Enfield to customer in Islington no issues the job was done perfect.
The customer is using his vehicle everyday as a work van without any issues with the workmanship we have carried out.
His real issue was he had to pay for a recovery service to bring his vehicle to the workshop, which he wanted us to cover and we refused.
