Very happy with everything, both the work carried out and the mechanic's knowledge, help and advice.

Communication were good and friendly. I was explained what was wrong and what he was doing to the car. Sadly no fault of his own car could not be fixed at the time but still happy with the service I received. I would have the same mechanic come again.

I chose the date and time for the mechanic to visit, this was delayed for 2 days, when he arrived he stated that he would need to take the car bacl to the garage to do a proper diagnosis. I asked if a courtesy car would be available and he said yes late on the Saturday afternoon to collect, tried to get hold of the mechanic to see whattime I could collect to which there was no reply. I then had to arrange alternative transport to get to work on the Monday.......... He eventually called to advise my car was ready and this would be dropped off. Upon receipt of the car being returned, my husband noticed the front alloy had been scuffed. The mechanic argued saying there wasn't a kerb near the garage, but had driven the car 8 miles to the garage! He was going to get this fixed for us but surprisingly has not been in contact to date.
