Came out earlier than expected and rang ahead to make sure this was ok with me. Unfortunately due to the nature of the fault with my van it’s not something that can be fixed at the roadside. Very knowledgeable and took the time to guide me through what had gone wrong and the potential issues the fault may have caused.
