I booked a Premium Pre-Purchase Vehicle Inspection. Edd was fantastic from start to finish and I can't recommend him enough! He was extremely personable and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process, taking time to communicate everything clearly with me in a way that I understood. He was very thorough in both his work and what he included on the report, and took time to carefully discuss everything with me after the inspection. I was grateful to be able to ask all of my questions in the follow up phone call and feel a lot more confident about my next steps thanks to his service.

Aron diagnosed the problem (12 V battery was completely discharged) immediately but could not fix it on the site. He advised me to take car to Nissan for them to replace battery and reconfigure the car with new battery. AA recovery person (when called to transport the vehicle to garage) diagnosed the same problem but was able to replace battery (he had it with him) and got the car working again without need for transport. I wish Aron had given me same option to have it fixed. Felt like money wasted and duplication.

They were absolutely brilliant, cannot fault them in anyway Picked the car up dis they work and dropped it back again at the times they said they would..couldn't recommend them enough

Excellent! Called to say he was on his way and arrived when expected. Obviously knows what he is doing and very quickly and efficiently replaced the clutch on my VW Beetle. Courteous, polite and friendly. Will be definitely be using Bogden-Florin again.

Aaron was very good sorted my brake Caliper out by rebuilding it fitted my rear brake pads I supplied and was very professional. The only think I thought was the price £374.15 I was charged was a bit expensive but apart from that very good service

Simon has been one of the most personable mechanics I’ve met, polite, on time and listened to my concerns about the car before the inspection. He checked everything, gave clear explanations and advice on what to do next. The report he provided for me which was what I needed, had all the detail and I was able to send this to the dealer.
