Identified the problem as part of a diagnostic appointment, went to buy and replace the brake pads to fix the problem within the same hour. Explained very clearly what the problem was and showed me the issue. Couldn't have been a more efficient or well communicated job. Also checked the other side of the car without being asked to make sure nothing needed doing there as well.

He was brilliant, discussed what I wanted before the job. Great talk through after and timely update on the report. Also he spoke to a prospective buyer and think that they want it.

Gareth was knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do. There was an issue with the parts being for the wrong model. Not anything to do with Gareth but something ClickMechanic needs to address in the software it uses.

The suspension issues turned out to be much more serious - a broken-off bolt- than as noted in MOT advisory. Jon explained fully and the job was completed quicker than expected. I would happily recommend Jon and his team.

Shamrez was fantastic, I was buying a Golf R32 which are becoming rare to find a decent one. I got him to check the car out before I bought it, his attention to detail was brilliant - pointing out the smallest of imperfections but that's exactly what I wanted from the pre purchase inspection, he treated it as if he was buying the car himself. Would deffinately recommend him.

Ben replaced 2 EGR valves so he says, charged more for the job than quoted which i didnt mind, except the fault still exists. He now basically has been paid for not doing the job correctly and not fixing the problem stating there must be any issue elsewhere. Had 2 seperate independent diagnostics by kwik fit and AA both found the EGR valve the problem which had supposedly been replaced twice ??? Escalated to click mechanic they did nothing and doesnt look like they honour their 1 year warranty either, use this mechanic and web site at your own risk they use incompetent mechanics and take no responsibility for the work carried out so their warranty is worthless all click mechanic will do is leave you out of pocket with a vehicle not fixed and no way of getting issue resolved. Now seeking legal advice I would have given zero stars but not able too
