Really good service, called before pick up, called during service to update and called on completion. The car collection and delivery was convenient as well. Will use again.

I’m very happy with the report and communication. Car ( GLE coupe) was not good, very rusty despite being 2017 so inspection well worth it.

Very knowledgeable he thinks he found the problem the only problem is Eddy told me I should find the part on line it would be cheaper and attempt to fit myself. But he couldn't guarantee this was the problem would fix the issue.

Very polite knowledgable and answered any of my questions. Did the job required. Was a little later than the time slot but I emailed and got a call straight away saying they were on route.

Friendly guy but proceeded to spend entire time telling me how terrible 2.0 TFSI engines are and that I should sell the car, claiming compression was bad have since been to main Audi dealer and diagnosed as leaking injectors. 80 quid wasted, click mechanic website lists as 55 minutes but had left within 20 minute and wanted a further 80 quid to do compression test, luckily didn’t bother as would be 160 down the drain

Patson is such a lovely person to start with, he came on time and stayed beyond till the job was done as extra work needed to be done with my brakes. He explained exactly why this was and only too happy for him to do this. It was cold and dark and he still had a smile on his face. I would recommend Patson without hesitation, btw he takes 3 sugars in his tea lol, great guy!

No I am not happy. First of all, ClickMechanic never told me that my car would be serviced at my home. That's ridiculous. You make an appt to go see the doctor. You make an appt for your car to go see a mechanic. Secondly, I ordered a FULL SERVICE which really isn't. The guy never brought a diagnostic tester, he didn't check air pressure in the tires; he brought no screen wash ... suggested water instead. Look. Even with differences between Full service and Major service, you bring the car into the shop, put it on a hoist and do a proper job. You run a diagnostic test and if there is a major problem, you call the customer, report your findings and ask him if he wants the work done. That's what I would expect from an Audi service and that's NOT what I got. What this guy did was just short of robbery. A limited amount of work and then when I challenged him about the diagnostic & the screenwash, he went back to the garage to get them (which he should have had in the first place), returned, did a cursory job of testing and then quoted me an arbitrary price of over £500 to fix whatever with most of that price going for his labour. I could get that work done at Finchley Road Audi for much less (but I live here now). I wouldn't trust his estimates at all. I honestly feel I got screwed at £201, most of that figure going towards a total of ONE HOUR of labour with no communication and not bringing with him all the tools & liquids he would have in a service bay. I'll tell you one thing... Sadly, I won't be calling ClickMechanic again if this is the kind of service they are touting. You both are to blame. ClickMechanic for sending this guy over here and him for not taking my car into the shop and for a shoddy job, low quality work with giving further estimates on repairs I can't trust at an exhorbitant price. I got hoodwinked and don't like it!!!!!
