Excellent service all round. Advance communication; attitude and manner on site; making sure the work was required; time taken to undertake the work; after care; information provision. Everything was top class.

Had coolant leak, the first time. Booked for DIAGNOSTIC check and cylinder head gasket replacement on 24 FEB He said everything is okay with the car but got it back with engine management light on and acceleration problem (on 2nd march) which we didn’t have it before. Gave it back for warranty inspection and repair (7march). Said faulty gasket just after 2days of driving. Got It back Monday (20march). Still got it back with heavy accelerator and engine light again on on Thursday (23march) which I only drive for 3days about 7miles everyday. For a person who has 31 years of experience, and a diagnostic check, he couldn’t or didn’t say anything about whats wrong with the car or how long it will take which was unbelievable. Didn’t even gave any updates unless I called or texted. A whole month of this has become really frustrating. Not taking it back again. Total waste of money and time.

Jack did all the checks I wanted to know about the vehicle, he was honest in his verbal and written report. All points were covered and accompanied by photographic evidence. We had a good chat and he pointed out the relevant highlights. Would definitely use Jack again. Thank you

The mechanic late for 1,5 hour. I had booking from 10-12, he came 13.30. I booked service and MOT. They did not finish work in same day, and did not gave any updates, I called them after 5 hours to know how it is going. It was Saturday, they sad they can not finish and car will be ready at Monday. There was additional work, to change bulb and 2 back tyres. They promise to return the car at Monday before noon. I had to go to work after that, and I needed my car. No updates at Monday. Had to call again, they sad will be fine before noon. Then at 12:20 I called them they sad will be ready after an hour. I asked to return car at Tuesday and went to work by Uber. They returned car at Tuesday with some dirt marks in the salon and sigarets outdoor in the car, we are non smoker. I prefer do not use this service again.
