Great mechanic. I originally booked the wrong thing but Dave was very patient with me and made sure everything got rebooked correctly. The pick up/drop off service is amazing and took a lot of the usual stress away for me. The driver was professional and polite/friendly. Dave's communication was great and there were no unexpected charges etc as he was clear about everything. Car was cleaned inside and out which was a nice touch. Will definitely be booking this mechanic again in the future.

Failed to show up at the appointed time and had to chase it up through clickmachanic. But was called at midday and rearranged for late afternoon. Job was completed within an hour. The mechanic was polite and apologised for the issue.

Was pleased with the collection and standard of the work. Would have been nice to know I was not going to get the car back till after 7pm.

Paul carried out the works in a quick and efficient manner keeping me informed all the way through could not fault him.Although the weather was very hot he just got on with it with a few cold drinks thrown in!

Mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable however was unable to ascertain exact reason for problem advising further diagnosis recommended.

Edward provided an excellent service, great communication and photos of the work he had done. In the course of a routine repair he spotted a leak which he fixed, saving us from a costly recovery from France where we were heading a few days later.

I have to say I was a little worried as I’ve had such bad luck in the past with mechanics, I will definitely be using click mechanic again. Excellent service very prompt and great price. Very happy customer
