Shane was excellent. He showed up slightly earlier than scheduled and got to work straight away. He was very friendly and certainly knew what he was doing. He told me how long he expected to take and finished when he said he would. In addition, when he identified that the wheel nuts were loose on the wheel he took off, he checked all the other wheels to ensure they were tight which was over and above what he came to do. Would recommend Shane to anyone.
